Gift Certificate Invitation Application
- Applications are open only to persons 18 years and over who are residents of Hawke’s Bay and who have not won a competition, prize or promotional item, with LupinBay Photography in the last 12 months.
- Application forms which are not properly completed will be rejected.
- One application per household per month only.
- Selected applicants will be notified by mail, email or phone.
- $1000 Gift Certificate
A maximum of three (3) Gift Certificates valued at $1000 may be selected each month from applications received in the prior calendar month. Minimum purchase required of one (1) 14” Classic Finish Photographic Wall Art piece (valued at $900).
- $500 Gift Certificate
Up to three (3) Gift Certificates valued at $500 may be selected each week from applications received during the previous calendar week. Minimum purchase required of one (1) 10” Classic Finish Photographic Wall Art piece (valued at $420).
- Gift Certificates must be claimed within ten (10) days of notification being sent to the applicant by LupinBay Photography. Portrait Sessions are subject to availability and must be scheduled within three (3) months of notification being sent to the applicant.
- Gift certificates are for domestic pet portraiture and cannot be used for commercial photography.
- Gift certificates are not exchangeable or redeemable in whole or in part for any cash equivalent, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Framing excluded.
- A Session Deposit of $150 is required at time of appointment scheduling. The Session Deposit will be returned to the applicant in one of two ways:
- As a credit towards artwork purchase, OR
- As a refund if no purchase is made.
